Pee my Pants Story 27

This story is from a comment in story 23. Enjoy.

I'm 16 too and I was at the park with my little cousin Gina and my mom about a week ago. Gina is 4 and I was playing with her most of the time, but I had to go to the bathroom really bad. I finally told my mother how bad I had to go and she said we should go home then. Gina's shoe was untied so she came to me and stuck her foot between mine and asked me to tie her shoe, so I squatted and tied her shoelace but when I squatted it made me start to pee. I didn't mean to but I felt it coming out and couldn't do anything to stop it. Gina ran off but I just sat on the grass looking really embarrassed and pulling my shirt down over my shorts trying to hide it, but my mom saw me doing that and gasped, covering her mouth. She said,"oh my god...did you just have an accident?' I giggled, but I was so embarrassed. My mom laughed and said it should be Gina wetting her pants, not me. I sat there for a couple of minutes and couldn't believe I just peed in my pants. My mom finally said,"let's go home so you can change your shorts," so I stood up and we walked home.

  1. Aww, poor thing. Did you cousin see? Being 4 I would guess she didn't even notice.

I'm a 29 year old mommy and I wet my bed and pee my pants occasionally. I was playing a video game with my 8 year old daughter the other day and I waited too long and started to wet my pants, I'm ashamed to say I decided to keep playing after I stopped the flow and after another minute or so, it was like a geyser flowing out of me and I just sat there and kept playing. After the game ended I sheepishly got up as my daughter started laughing at me. She asked me what happened and I told her I waited too long to go potty and had an accident. She giggled as I changed my pants and cleaned the carpet.

A couple hours later, I was eating lunch with her and made the same mistake. She heard the pee starting to pool on our kitchen floor and she yelled, "did you wait too long again mommy!?"

So yeah, I can relate. Not fun to wet yourself in front of those much younger.

  2. Wow, that was two years ago! I'm 18 now and my cousin is 6. No, she didn't notice right away when it happened. I was squatting, tying her shoe and wetting my pants at the same time, but she didn't see that. She just ran off back to the playground. My mom called to her because we were supposed to be leaving (so I could go to the bathroom...I obviously didn't make it). When Gina returned my mom said "let's go" but by then I was sitting on the grass trying to hide my wet shorts. My mom picked up on that right away. She later said that I used to do that when I was little and had an accident. Gina heard her ask me if I had an accident, but it didn't seem to surprise her or anything, but I was embarrassed because I was so much older and supposedly more mature. I finally got up to leave and there were people we passed by on the way home that I knew could tell that I peed my pants, but I tried to ignore them and just get home as quickly as possible. When we got home Gina asked my mom if she was going to change me. I probably turned red, but my mom laughed and said "yes I have to change her pants." I obviously could change my own clothes but she did take me to my room and helped me out of my wet shorts and underwear. My cousin was at our house on Easter and she reminded me of that day. Now she thinks it's funny that a big girl wet her pants. I waited too long too, before I let my mom know how bad I had to go. If it didn't happen the way it did, I think I still would have peed my pants on the way home. I can't imagine wetting my pants in front of my own daughter though, that you potty trained. Does she ever go in her pants, thinking it's okay because mommy did?

    1. She rarely has accidents - I have more than she does! I actually wear diapers to bed at night and wear some protection when needed during the day, so she has me beat for sure!

    2. Wow. I always thought I was the only teen that something like that happened to. Has it ever happened again?

You're definitely not the only one. Lots of teens have accidents. To answer your question, yes it did, but not the same way. I was with my mom again, and we were stuck in a traffic jam. There must have been a car accident or something, because traffic was barely moving. I was in the passenger seat and had to go of course, but there was no way off the freeway. I waited to tell my mom that I had to pee because I thought we would be able to stop somewhere eventually. By the time I told her, it was really bad, and obvious because I was squirming in my seat. She told me to reach into the back seat and grab a couple of beach towels that were there and sit on those in case I had an accident before we could get off the freeway. So I did, and sat on the towels. I waited a while longer and traffic was still moving so slowly that I finally told my mom "I'm just going to go." She looked at me and just said "okay, don't worry about it," so I just sat there and peed my pants in my mom's car. It felt really good to just let go. No one knew but me and my mom. I was 17 at the time.

    4. Thanks for replying. I haven't peed my pants in the car before, almost though, but thanks for sharing your stories. It is nice to know I'm not the only teen to have problems with accidents. Hopefully you don't have another one this year.

    5. It probably will happen sometime. I've had a few close calls. But I've only had two accidents in the last couple of years, so I don't know that I have a problem with it. Other teens like yourself do have more frequent accidents though. All I can say is try not to worry about it. If you do have an accident, just change your pants and move on. It's not really that big of a deal.

    6. True. Perhaps "problem" was the wrong choice of words, I meant more that you had one once in a while as opposed to someone who never has any. And thanks for the advice/encouragement, I do worry too much sometimes. I try not to let it bother me, but it is pretty embarrassing sometimes.

    7. If you're accident-prone or in a situation where you're likely to have to pee but maybe can't (marathon races, road trip, etc), wear Black polyester/Spandex running pants or shorts. You can hardly tell when somebody has wet them even at the moment they're actually going. You can always tie a jacket or long shirt around your waist for added cover but you won't need to if you wear the right color/fabric of pant. And women can always opt for a loose-fitting skirt and just go down their legs if worse comes to worse. If you drink enough water and avoid caffeine/alcohol your pee will be nearly clear and won't smell like urine.

And if you're a bedwetter, Peapod mats are a lifesaver as are their cheaper cousins the PharMeDoc incontinence mats. They hold up to 8 cups of liquid so you can fully empty your bladder many times over into them and they won't leak. 💦
